What are the XDW Sprints?
Well, put simply these are immersive three-day sprints following design principles to frame the challenges, explore opportunities and work collaboratively with tech, destinations and industry to prototype innovative solutions.
This overarching theme looks at the macro shift in tourism that has taken place since 2020, where tourism suffered a total collapse and has since learnt to become more agile, adapt to changes faster and is gradually starting to understand the long-term shift in consumer psyche.

How can we work to make tourism more accessible, equitable, competitive and sustainable with a data and tech-first approach?
