Specializing in the practical implementation of innovative technology to deliver tangible business benefits, Chris is an expert in the area of digitalisation in travel, from covering the rise of mobile and web 2.0 in the early noughties to evaluating the latest opportunities with virtual reality and artificial intelligence. His team’s objective is to deliver advanced new products with a focus on the guest and operations to enhance the overall travel experience. Chris has been working in travel since 1991 and online travel since 1997. During this time he has delivered many customer focussed proof of concepts, trials, and innovative products for British Airways, TUI and Intercruises.
